Food Security

In camps and conflict zones we deliver food — the most basic need of all — regularly and to a plan.

For years we have distributed bread every day in camps in Idlib, and our community kitchens cook hot meals for families. In Ramadan we provide iftar meals and distribute zakat al-fitr (the charity due at the end of Ramadan); food parcels go out all year round.

Wherever possible, food is bought in the region. That keeps it fresh and supports local producers.
